Crafting the world we aspire to live in, through the art of design
Yakisugi Cabin design
Inspired by Michael Pollan book: A place of my Own.
In the world, everybody shares the same desire: a cleaner environment, the presence of beauty around them, and the inherent meaning behind it all.
On this website, I share the projects I have completed in the past, reflect upon and learn from them, and also lay out the dreams, goals, and curiosity for the future.
RASA Design World
The Fusion of Nature and Comfort
Growing up, my world was an endless canvas of nature - a place where shoes were unnecessary and imagination roamed free. I wandered alone through fields and forests, exploring the textures of the earth beneath my feet. Stones, plants, feathers, and tree bark were my treasures; each element a story, each sensation a memory etched into my being. My feet, though often cold, wet, pinched, or bruised, were deeply rooted in the freedom and beauty of the natural world. This connection to the earth wasn't just a childhood experience; it was the seed of my life's calling.
As a landscape architect, city planner and interior designer I strive to recreate that profound sense of freedom and sensory awakening. I believe in the power of green spaces to enrich lives. Access to nature shouldn't be a luxury; it's a necessity for a fulfilling life. Everyone deserves to walk on grass, smell flowers, and feel the earth beneath their feet.
My designs aren't just landscapes or cityscapes; they're canvases of experience, crafted to stir the human senses, ignite the imagination, and lay the groundwork for new thoughts and dreams. Just as I once ventured further into the woods of my childhood, I now explore the broader world with the same bold spirit and offer others the same sense of wonder and connection to nature that has always guided me.
Privat garden design
This is my own laboratory, my own garden. In this section, I aim to show how to create an affordable garden, which means learning the essential principles of plant propagation, perennial plant dividing, and seed collection. You don’t need to have a finished garden when your designer leaves, but you do need a plan. That’s why I am here—so let me help you.
Small steps towards changing mindsets
This project is proof of a changing mindset and evolving people's needs. The client has chosen to replace granite stone courtyards and grass areas with a perennial flower garden and dynamic landscape, aiming to contribute to biodiversity.
Corporat yet human-oriented landscape
The purpose of this project was to integrate as much greenness as possible for the busy main entrance to a corporate office building, while still providing a comfortable pedestrian flow. Just a glimpse of ever-changing nature before entering or leaving the building should provide a "PUSTERUM" (in Danish), a breathing room for employees and visitors.

Working with a building’s green footprint
Every time we build a building on land, we take something away from it. This project is an attempt to compensate and give back to the landscape what we took.
